Description
The MHRA has identified a need for the provision of an Enterprise Architecture service to assure the delivery of digital and operational transformation business-as-usual activities and projects. The service will aim to deliver the following outcomes:
⢠Return EA to providing an assurance role, rather than design ⢠Challenge and drive MHRA and its suppliers to make the right architectural decisions ⢠Ensure key architectural decisions are fully explored, documented and delivered ⢠Get ahead of the portfolio and focus on guiding projects ⢠Provide a fully managed service, with no key person dependencies ⢠Ensure MHRA knowledge repositories are current, accessible and used ⢠Ensure stakeholders are informed and on-board with technology strategy ⢠Bring new ideas based on our experience of what works
