Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to establish a Framework agreement with multiple providers (\"the Suppliers\"), to deliver Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), Driver Assessment, Driver Training Licence Acquisition
Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender).
