Description
This Request for Information ("RFI") is to help the BBC have a better understanding of what software-based tools and services are available for conducting Design Research. We want to explore the different tools available for remote research - the planning, implementation and analysis of research conducted without being face-to-face with participants. This could be either moderated or unmoderated, and may be either qualitative or quantitative in nature.
We encourage responses from innovative/leading-edge suppliers, both start-ups and established organisations.
The BBC welcomes responses to this RFI in order to inform our thinking prior to any potential procurement exercise.
Responding to this RFI will allow the BBC to: - build an understanding of current solutions available in the marketplace - gain feedback on: ï -the availability of solutions in the marketplace, ï -whether there is one solution to meet the needs, or whether these would need to be met by a variety of solutions ï -whether functionality not currently met is on a supplier's roadmap
Should you choose to respond to this RFI the BBC will take consider all responses when shaping any future procurement activity.
