We are seeking tenders on the technical aspects and price for a pre-built solution that is simple enough for an end user to configure and manage with minimum training.
RSSB reserves the right to terminate the contract giving the Supplier 30 days' notice if the performance of the solution is not satisfactory to RSSB's business requirements. The term of the contract shall be for two years with an option to extend for 24 months based on good performance of the contract in 12-month increments.)
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
