Description
Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a Lone Worker solution for a 2 year contract, with a further 3x12 month option to extend. The Authority does not currently have a consistent system in place and wishes to have a standard solution across all business areas.
The solution will provide the following elements with either essential or desirable functions: ⢠A discreet wearable device, ⢠A Monitoring Centre for handling and escalating alerts, ⢠A platform/system for managing staff profiles/accounts/devices and reporting.
