Description

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is seeking to invite expert consultants on matters of development viability to be included in a South Downs Viability Review Framework (SDVRF). This specification sets out the background to this, the scope of involvement expected from consultants, and the way in which the framework will work in practice.

Consultants are now invited to submit an application for inclusion in the framework. The Authority wish to include no more than 3 suppliers on the framework agreement with the highest ranked supplier receiving the majority of the contracts. SDNPA will however use other suppliers on the framework where a conflict of interest arises with the first ranked supplier or where another supplier has a specialist skill set that is required. The value of work over a period of a year is expected to be approximately £30,000.

Please note that all quantities provided are estimated and there is no guarantee given that the actual quantities and values ordered during the term of the agreement will correspond with those provided in this document. Payment will only be made for the individual services ordered by SDNPA.
