Advertising Regime OJEU:- This contract opportunity is published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU),the MoD Defence Contracts Bulletin and www.contracts.mod.uk Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) is a bespoke trading entity, an arm's length body of the Ministry of Defence. It manages a vast range of complex projects supporting all the equipment and services that the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force need to operate effectively. The current Risk Management tool become unsupported in 2020 and DE&S is looking to engage with the market to procure an Enterprise Risk Management tool. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been issued to invite potential suppliers to meet with DE&S to help us develop our requirement and identify the COTS products already in existence and able to meet that requirement. The COTS solution should have a capability to operate in both OFFICIAL and SECRET environments, in compliance with JSP 892 and DE&S processes. Any suppliers who feel their COTS product would be capable of delivering an Enterprise Risk Management Tool in a large and complex organisation such as DE&S (as briefly described above) are welcome to register for a place. The market engagement will take the form of one-hour face to face sessions where the supplier will be able to discuss their product and how it can meet the above requirement. PLEASE NOTE product demonstrations are not required and will not be allowed at this time. The sessions will be held at the DE&S Head Office, MoD Abbey Wood, Bristol BS34 8JH on the 3rd, 4th and 5th September 2019.
