Description
Fareham Borough Council is looking to procure a modern, user-friendly financial management system with efficient workflows, dashboards and flexible functionality tailored to users' needs. The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system to a new Financial Management System and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance.
The provision will include: ⢠Replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5; ⢠Work together to review and update financial and procurement processes and procedures against the Council's ideal vision; ⢠Review and replace current interfaces to external systems; ⢠Development of new interfaces; ⢠Review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards; ⢠A training and testing environment; ⢠Integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS); ⢠Management of the migration of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
