Wigan Council are seeking to establish a framework for the provision of construction of new dwellings within Wigan Borough. The framework will be divided into 6 lots split by construction type and value band ⢠Lot 1A. Construction of specialist and supported housing £500,000-£2,000,000 ⢠Lot 1B. Construction of specialist and supported housing £2,000,000.01-£4,500,000 ⢠Lot 1C. Construction of specialist and supported housing £4,500,000.01+ ⢠Lot 2A. Construction of general needs' housing £500,000-£2,000,000 ⢠Lot 2B. Construction of general needs' housing £2,000,000.01-£4,500,000 ⢠Lot 2C.
