Description
Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) wishes to establish an Open Framework Agreement (FW) for the provision of Adult Skills and Family Learning Providers. The FW will be open to use by LCC only. The procurement is conducted under Part 3, Regulations 74 to 76 Social and Other Specific Services of the Public contract Regulations 2015. This allows the Council the flexibility to build the procurement to suit its needs. The FW will be established using the open procedure. Alongside this a further competition will be conducted with only those Tenderers who are successfully admitted to the FW being evaluated against Course Delivery Proposals Award Criteria. The FW will be established in four (4) Lots. The FW Agreement will last for an initial period of (4) four years or other extension periods, which the Council, in its reasonable opinion, determines as suitable to meet its operational needs.
