North Kesteven District Council requires the provision of the following services in respect of their housing stock. - Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system - Pre-Repair Inspection Services - Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating) - Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties - Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design) - Decoration scheme for tenants - Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements)
