Description

The Northern Lighthouse Board has a requirement to purchase or lease an all-terrain vehicle, either new or used, and a trailer for transportation. A full specification for the vehicle is available within the Quote Document.

Suppliers must provide details of the initial 1 year manufacturer warranty and thereafter please provide details and costs of vehicle and trailer warranty/maintenance cover, including any additional warranty options available including parts, response time and call-out.

Delivery costs should be indicated in the pricing schedule below and delivery period. The Supplier must also provide all details of delivery of the proposed vehicle, which are inclusive of all cost associated with the delivery within your quotation reply. If applicable, this must be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP Incoterms®). Delivery must be by 31st March 2020.

The vehicle will be used by key staff within NLB who will have a requirement for training on the vehicles functionality and capabilities.
