Description

The proposed research aims to evaluate the impact of recognising medical trainers on the quality of medical education and training in the UK, for both undergraduate and postgraduate training. As part of this the GMC wishes to address 3 research questions: a) To what extent has the GMC's recognition of trainers impacted on the quality of medical education and training? b)What lessons can the GMC learn with regards to the national rollout and local implementation of the framework? c) How can the GMC maximise the benefit and facilitate the continued implementation of the framework going forwards?
