Description
Replacement and decoration of timber soffits to whole colonnade, replacement of worn York Stone slabs (98) and approx. 100m of York Stone treads to steps.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). Please note the NMM is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and this building is Grade 1 Listed. Specific experience in this field will be essential.
Specific experience will also be essential in stone masonry and replacement of timber soffits - both of these aspects of this project will be amalgamated into one (not be separated to more than one contractor).
