Description
Hertfordshire County Council is a leading library Council. Recognising the vital role that libraries play in communities across the county, it provides high quality library services that enables Hertfordshire citizens to enrich their lives.
The Council's 'Inspiring Libraries' strategy articulates its plans for ensuring that it can continue to deliver a high quality library service that is sustainable into the future and remains relevant to the diverse and changing needs of Hertfordshire residents and communities.
The Council has invested over ?4 million in library buildings and technology over the last four years, whilst making significant reductions to the library service's revenue budget.

Potential Suppliers are asked to note that the Council expects to receive a tender by/or on behalf of the in-house service for this opportunity. Potential Suppliers are referred to the Selection Questionnaire Guidance, within the Procurement Documents for further detail.
