Description
LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 25 new social rent homes (4 x 1 bed, 16 x 2 bed, and 5 x 3 bed) and a new landscaped courtyard at 39-44 Rutley Close, SE17 3NP.
