Lot 2 is a mixture of a fixed and a flexible requirement. We will be able to provide a picture of the previous 12 months bookings to give bidders a steer on the potential volume of need. Details of the hours can be found at Appendix 5.
Both Lots have individual Specifications and Pricing Schedules. For those wishing to bid for both Lots there is also an opportunity to provide a combined lots pricing schedule. For both Lots there is a requirement for annual deep cleans and some buildings require window cleaning. This is an OJEU Open Tender; the timescales will be managed in line with this prescribed process. The term of the contract is 36 months with an extension available up to 24 months. The value of this contract is around £500,000. Generally, we would not award a contract to a supplier if the annual value of the contract was more than 50% of the supplier's turnover.
