Description

QE Facilities Limited is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish what services / solutions are currently available in the market, in advance of developing a strategy on how to procure a professional corporate website. The aim of the market engagement is to look at the available options to replace the current QEF website, to include interactivity and a professional design.

In advance of any Procurement or mini-competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, QE Facilities intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information to QEF. As part of this process QE Facilities may invite potential providers to present their solution to key stakeholders in the organisation.

All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided via the project which can be accessed via www.nhssourcing.co.uk . The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project.

This process does not represent a commitment from QE Facilities to award a contract or an invite to tender to any provider that expresses an interest in this market engagement exercise. At this stage QEF are in the process of developing a strategy for procuring the aforementioned solution.
