SMBC are currently in discussion with a developer for a mixed retail, leisure & hotel development in Oldbury.
The site is not currently designated for retail purposes.
It is partly within Regeneration Corridor 12 of the Black Country Joint Core Strategy and is within an area designated as a Borough Gateway.
