The service supplier will follow the methodology of the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement (CONAMER) to standardise legal and administrative requirements. The supplier should gather information about the regulations and procedures required for overseas companies to operate in Mexico in three sectors (Manufacturing industry, Trade and Construction) and three states (Jalisco, Mexico City, and Nuevo Leon) following the interest of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflow.
