Description
Independence and Wellbeing Enfield Limited is seeking to appoint a Single Provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield Wheelchair Service. The Provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories.
The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements: ⢠Storage of Wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant Health and Safety and Infection Control Regulations ⢠Repairs and Maintenance (PPM) ⢠Safety Reports ⢠Decontamination ⢠Reconditioning ⢠Collection ⢠Delivery ⢠Decommissioning/Scrapping ⢠Accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process ⢠Emergency Call Outs ⢠Recycling of accessories and part where possible ⢠User feedback survey ⢠Service User complaints
