CPL are seeking a partner to replace its existing Customer Relationship Management Software (Microsoft Dynamics 2011) with a modern solution, providing a centralised solution for the management of customer, contact and opportunities across the Group. CPL conducted a review of the market over a 12-month period and determined that the most suitable solution would be to adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365.
