The provision of project management support for our District Heat Network project, including: ⢠Provide project management support to the Local Authority ⢠Prepare and agree specifications ⢠Engage with internal & external stakeholders to gather data ⢠Manage the delivery, timescales, and quality of outputs from techno-economic or financial studies ⢠Facilitate building the case for the heat network project(s) ⢠For later stage projects, use the existing studies to support and prepare the heat networks 'offer'.
