Refurbishment of 1 - 5 The Quadrant, Dunstable
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to refurbish five, two-bedroom maisonettes, at 1-5 Broadwalk North, Quadrant Shopping Centre, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 4RW.
Each of the apartments will incorporate a kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom/s. New heating and electrical wiring is to be provided.
It is anticipated that the contract will start in May 2019 and complete in August 2019.
