Description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS Northumberland CCG who have awarded a contract for MSK JMAPS service. The overarching outcome of the service is to emphasise self-management to minimize the proportion of patients requiring intervention or onward referral. The service will reduce handoffs and improve patient outcomes. The service will provide a robust triage service and where treatment is required this will be delivered within the service or referred on to secondary care giving patient choice
