Description

B&NES has secured planning to convert the current office / community facility in 117 Newbridge Hill into 6 apartments. The planning, reference, 17/04286/REG03, was granted on the 1st November 201 (see appendix 1)

The building is currently occupied by B&NES but will be vacated in the spring of 2019 and the building will be transferred to ACL to undertake the conversion and sales of the six open market apartments.

Prior to being transferred from B&NES, ACL will be developing a detailed business case for the project. In order to complete this, ACL will be appointing an architect to review the current layouts and prepare revised internal layouts that improve the internal spaces and create some marketable units for sale.

Using the ACL Architectural framework, we will appoint the architect to undertake the initial review of the layouts and produce the technical design information required to deliver this development - Stages 3 and 4.
