The Epsom Hope Project accommodation, owned and managed by Roseberry Housing Association, consists of six self-contained flats with shared communal areas, and is based in Helm Close, Epsom. Each tenant (known henceforth as an \"Individual\") living at the Hope Project has their own tenancy, and support is provided to meet their individual needs through the delivery of personalised Support Plans.
