Description
ROOF REPLACEMENT
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out pitched roof replacements to approximately 70 Council owned and leasehold dwellings within Central Bedfordshire. The contract is to include liaising with tenants and residents, carrying out surveys and programming all works. It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period September 2017- March 2018 and that a single contractor will be selected.

Deadline for Expressions of Interest is Monday 3rd July 2017.
Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than 12 noon on Friday 7th July 2017.
