Contractors are invited to submit their tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 25 South Grove, which is a three bedroomed house, located in Chertsey, Surrey.
The work comprises: The refurbishment of semi-detached 2 storey house, comprising removal of chimney stack, upgraded insulation works, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system and general void work.
