The Harlow and Gilston Garden Town Project (Epping Forest District Council, East Herts District Council and Harlow District Council) has been awarded funding through the Government's locally - led Garden Towns project and is now seeking consultancy support to undertake a Sustainable Transport Corridor Study for the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town area.
