Description
East Northamptonshire Council (ENC) and the Borough Council of Wellingborough (BCW) are seeking to consolidate their current Revenue and Benefits systems, following a strategic decision to combine the Revenue and Benefits Service across the two Councils.
To assist the development of a technical solution and business case for this requirement, ENC & BCW are conducting a market engagement exercise. Details of the overall requirement appear in the attached market engagement document. Interested parties are invited to submit their response to these outline requirements by completing the document as indicated and returning it to Alison Curtis [email protected] by no later than 5pm Friday 25th August 2017.
