See www.niconsortium.org for more information. The NIC is inviting interested parties to tender for the provision of engagement activity & volunteer services in Darlington as part of the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme. Working with a broader set of delivery partners we are delivering the Big Lottery Fund / European Social Fund funded Building Better Opportunities Programme in Tees Valley through the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme. We now wish to buy in additional provision to encourage suitable people to access and engage with the programme and to develop volunteering opportunities in the Darlington area. The Northern Inclusion Consortium is inviting interested parties to tender for the supply and delivery of a service across the Darlington area to: - Increase the access and engagement of participants onto the SFTV programme - Build the capacity of organisations to provide volunteering opportunities - Provide participants on the programme with volunteering opportunities - Provide ongoing support to participants and organisations during the volunteering placement - Work with other partners to increase the skill, knowledge base and employability prospects of participants on the programme.
