Description
Torus are looking for a contractor to undertake roofing renewal works to a block of Torus 62 Ltd properties in the Sefton Park area of Liverpool @ 3 Alexandra Drive, L17 8TA. Works to be completed under JCT Minor Works contract - with a 4 week programme.
The contractor will need to allow for the following scope of works within their tender price - â¢Scaffold access â¢New slate roof (use existing slate where possible) â¢New fascia & soffits (specification to be agreed with conservation officer) â¢Valleys â¢Top Ridge & Hip Ridge â¢Velux windows â¢Lead box guttering (to be reviewed with conservation office)
