Description
Surrey County Council is seeking information about an innovative design and layout to create a coffee shop style area, comprising a mix of hard and soft seating, allowing for dining and casual seating with space dividers, to create a more intimate and informal space. We would like the number of seats to remain broadly the same as currently provided.
