To support the delivery of block, converted house, house, garage and other associated area external building fabric; external decoration and works; internal communal areas; fire safety works; internal refurbishment; associated mechanical and electrical works; limited new build properties, extensions, conversions, block additions, and the like.
The Council intends to procure this opportunity using the Restricted procedure. To gauge market interest and to provide feedback on the draft proposals for the procurement the Council is hosting a "Meet the Buyer" event on Wednesday 5 April 2017 2pm at The Harford Multicentre, 115 Harford Street, E1 4FG. The Council is looking for feedbacks (without limitations) on the operating capacity, delivery arrangements and other factors likely to influence a party's interest in this project.
