Description
Derby City Council is looking for an Organisation to provide catering services at the Council House. The service will cover: ⢠the restaurant/café facility to cater for up to 1200 council employees, customers and visitors. ⢠business hospitality requirements, that serve the wider civic, members, corporate and commercial needs
The form of contractual agreements for the Council House front end restaurant & kitchen will be based on a commercial lease and the hospitality requirements will be on a service contractual agreement.
The lease and service elements will be set up to co-terminate.
The contact is for an initial 3 year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments.
