Ashford Borough Council is seeking support from recruitment consultants to assist with the search and selection processes for three new head of service roles plus a new director role.
Consultants will be required to provide a proposal with recommendations on the process including:
⢠advice on recruitment advertising ⢠proposed timetable and process ⢠how they will support with headhunting and candidate attraction, ⢠how they will support the Appointment's Committee with shortlisting and selection ⢠assessment tools ⢠candidate checks and referencing
