Description
Guinness require an enhanced housing management system to include hardware, software and systems that enables Guinness to regularly communicate with its older customers with higher housing management needs and manage the properties in which those customers live more efficiently. It is a requirement that the system is eligible for housing benefit. Solutions that cannot demonstrate eligibility will not be considered. We are seeking a system or service that: ⢠Improves the ease at which customers can report repairs about their properties ⢠Has an option for the customer to push a button on a daily basis to confirm that they and the property are safe and well. ⢠Improves the frequency and ease with which we can communicate with customers ⢠Provides data that allows us to efficiently allocate staff time and resources ⢠Helps us to survey and get feedback from our customers about property related issues ⢠Reduces social isolation and has positive by-products for other statutory sectors ⢠Materially improves the amount of human contact provided to a customer ⢠Works 365 days a day with or without a staff presence from The Guinness Partnership
