Basis of Contract: The schools listed above have joined together under the Gipsy Hill Federation to participate in a tender process with the intention of appointing a Contractor/s to deliver the cleaning services at each or all of the aforementioned schools. The contract will commence on 22 July 2017 for a period of three years on a fixed price per school basis or on a group fixed price, whichever delivers the best value individually or as a group.
The combined cost of the current group cleaning provision is estimated at 350 000 GBP per annum.
