Description
London Luton Airport is seeking an experienced professional fieldwork agency to undertake 350 satisfaction survey forms per quarter (average 116 per month) interacting with departing passengers within the Departures areas of the airport.
Bidders are required to provide prices for 2 options. Option 1: 3 year contract Option 2: 2 Year with the option to extend for an additional 1 year (2+1)
