Description
Our requirement was to procure consultancy support for the Devolution Programme Team and Policy Leads across NHS England to undertake detailed policy analysis and to develop a policy framework for devolution of NHS England functions. We were looking for a Consultant who could provide strategic and policy capacity and capability to: ⢠undertake detailed policy analysis and development with NHS England leads to develop an NHS England policy position on the devolution of each of NHS England's relevant functions to local systems ⢠co-develop with NHS England colleagues a policy framework that supports the design and implementation of devolution of NHS England functions ⢠set out the key questions and implications for both local systems and NHS England in terms of each overarching 'devolution' model ⢠co-develop with NHS England a set of clear recommendations and requirements for secondary legislation that will support the successful implementation and delivery of local government devolution of NHS England functions
