Description
Southern Housing Group Ltd were looking to procure a Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment contract within London and the South. The estimated annual value of the contract is GBP6,900,000.00 and as such the estimated full contract value, if the initial five year contract duration is extended, is GBP69,000,000. PLEASE NOTE ALL ESTIMATED VALUES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.This contract is divided into three Lots. It was envisaged that Southern Housing Group would appoint one service provider per lot and enter into contract with two to three service providers as a result of this procurement, subject to award and the details provided within the ITT documentation.
