Additional information: Potential Suppliers seeking inclusion on the tender list are required to indicate whether they are a company or a group of companies. In the case of a group of companies no special legal form is required but each supplier will be required to become jointly and severally liable for the framework before acceptance. The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons wishes to advise all Potential Suppliers that the Contract may be novated to an independent Delivery Authority such as may be set up, pending further decisions from both Houses of Parliament, to deliver the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal programme and other interfacing programmes of work, which may include the Northern Estate Programme.
