Description
The Thirteen Group is to undertake a Window Replacement Programme on Ardrossan Court, Hartlepool. The work is to be carried out by Thirteen Group in-house. As part of this programme, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a contractor to provide all necessary Scaffolding to facilitate the works, including erection, weekly hire and dismantling.
