Description
What does the project set out to achieve: This project aims to ensure continuation of policy development and preparation of a position for the ORR board for a key project during a period of resource tightening.
What is included within the scope of the project: ⢠Further development of ORR's existing policy approach for ORR's role in relation to scorecards in CP6, and how this translates into setting ORR's requirements for Network Rail under PR18. ⢠Further development of ORR's existing policy approach in relation to the set of measures which ORR will require for CP6 within the above framework. ⢠Support, direction and coordination of the individual measure workstreams led by ORR teams, recognising the existing policy position. ⢠Improvements and developments of the existing policy positions. ⢠Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to further develop the positions.
