Description
To be able to give specialist advice and services to ensure the estate is managed efficiently to generate maximum revenue and minimise property costs. Specialist skills in the areas of Rating and Valuation plus support for leasing activity that can be called upon as required.
Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
