Description

Please note: This is an OFFA tender opportunity for which the process is run by HEFCE.

The Office for Fair Access (OFFA) wishes to place a contract for a principal investigator (PI) to develop a methodology that can be used by institutions to improve understanding and evaluation of the impact of outreach on disadvantaged mature learners with low or no prior qualifications. The contract is for: September 2016 to March 2017: the development and publication of transferable qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies. The project aims to understand how institutions can robustly evaluate the impact of outreach delivered to disadvantaged adult learners on their behaviour and attitudes.
