NHS Tameside and Glossop CCG are proposing to commission x 4 Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts which are currently delivered from:
⢠Millbrook Medical Practice, Hollybank, off Grove Road, Stalybridge, SK15 3BJ (2940R / 2737W*). ⢠Droylsden Medical Practice, 1-3 Albion Drive, Droylsden, Manchester, M43 7NP (3612R / 3499W *). ⢠Guide Bridge Medical Practice, Guide Lane, Audenshaw, M34 5HY (3134R /3144W*). ⢠Ashton GP Service, 193 Old Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 7SR (3146R / 3286W *).

The aim of the services are to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients of each practice.
It is proposed that the terms and conditions of service, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in General Medical Services (GMS) contracts. The service specifications will be aligned to the strategic direction for Primary Care in Tameside and Glossop.
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is managing this process for and on behalf of NHS England Greater Manchester (the contracting authority).
