Description
Northampton Borough Council (NBC) will be re-commissioning their Contract for Funeral Services in Northampton from May 2017.
Potential Providers are invited to a presentation from the LGSS Procurement Team, demonstrating the online tendering system that NCC use (ProContract). The presentation will be hosted at 11.00am on Monday 15th May, at the Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton, NN1 1DE (arrival between 10.45am and 10.55am). (http://www.northampton.gov.uk/info/373/weddings-parties-conferences-and-meetings/2193/nearby)
The presentation is in the Jeffrey Room on the first floor of the Guildhall which is accessed via the main entrance of the building. Please report to reception and ask to be directed to this room.
The presentation will be solely focused on the procurement tendering system, rather than any Contract opportunities, and as such, on the day, we will only be answering questions about the ProContract tendering system. Depending on the number of questions asked, the presentation should last around an hour.
The session will cover: ï§ Contracts Finder ï§ Registering on ProContract ï§ Searching for contract opportunities ï§ Registering an interest in an opportunity ï§ Completing an online tender questionnaire ï§ Submitting your response ï§ Using the messaging area to contact the buyer
Any questions in relation to the Tender (or any other Tender) need to be asked via the ProContract messaging portal, once the Tender is live.
If your organisation wishes to attend the demonstration, please RSVP to Amy Myers by 9am on Monday 15th May 2017 via [email protected], including details of your organisation, who will be attending and any access requirements.
