Description
Havelock Road - Design and Construction of Two New Homes
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to design and construct 2 No semi-detached dwellings at Havelock Road, Biggleswade.
It is anticipated that work will take 6 months to complete and will be carried out between July - December 2017.

Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Deadline for Expressions of Interest and receipt of questions is 6th June 2017.
Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon Tuesday 13th June 2017.
